100% authentic new never been used so you can be sure of your purchase! Some pictures are stock photos so you can see the color clearly. Some packings have damage with scratches/blemish on it but all of the markers are brand new and have never been used. Some boxes looks rugged, and floral favorites (1) marker set has a tear on the hanging top part. Earth essentials has one tear at the bottom. Blending basics has a scratch on the back side on the outside of the package. I taped the packings to keep the markers safe/make sure they don't fall out. These came to me this way, but all of the markers are new and have never been used. I will put tape of all the packings even so that the markers don't come out during shipping. When I've bought markers in the past, sometimes the packaging was almost open and the markers can fall out easily. Blending basics has scratch on the back side on the outside of the package.
